Gaia PENDANT
Our Gaia Charm is Lulu's reimagined version of the Tree of Life, inspired by an ancient woodblock used for traditional Indian textile patterns. The intricate design captures the essence of the Tree of Life, symbolizing the unity of all life, personal growth, and the eternal cycle of existence.
A Talisman with roots
Our Gaia Pendant began as a simple sketch—an original Lulu design inspired by ancient symbolism and the timeless strength of trees. Representing deep roots, strong connections, and the beauty of growth, Gaia invites you to carry a story of unity close to the heart.
The Tree of Life has long been revered in sacred and ancient traditions. In Celtic lore, it symbolizes balance and harmony between heaven and earth. In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is the great ash tree that connects all realms of existence. In Eastern traditions, it is seen as a cosmic axis—its roots delving into the earth, its branches reaching for the heavens. Wherever it appears, the Tree of Life reminds us of our place in the universe, of our connection to each other, and of the cyclical nature of life.

One Root - Many Branches
A simple sketch inspired by this rich tapestry of symbolism and brought to life through the hands of our design team. To create a piece that would harmonize with our existing bronze medallions, we turned to the traditional Indian woodblock prints used in textile design. Their flowing, organic patterns guided the shaping of the tree’s leaves and texture, allowing Gaia to feel at once timeless and rooted in our collection’s aesthetic.
The original Gaia Necklace pendant was sculpted in wax, cast in bronze, and set with a single diamond in the trunk—a subtle but powerful detail representing our shared origin. Like a family of trees, we all begin as one, growing together, rooted in a common need for connection and love.
Over time, Gaia has grown beyond its pendant form. We introduced a ring version—a way to keep this sacred symbol close at hand. In many traditions, a ring worn on the finger is a symbol of continuity and presence. The Gaia Ring becomes a personal reminder of strength, legacy, and the quiet wisdom found in nature.
We then created a smaller Gaia charm, adaptable and wearable in many ways—dangling from a chain, layered on a bracelet, or strung on natural beads.
Our Small Gaia Necklace charm connects our earthy design language with a deeper spiritual meaning. This piece invites you to carry the strength, rootedness, and quiet wisdom of the Tree of Life in a way that’s personal to you.
